A major Invisalign provider James has been at the forefront of dental technology for a number of years.
The Journey
Working with Hesketh Healthcare on infrastructure improvements including a new reception and a fourth surgery has been a fun experience. Building a senior leadership team has allowed James to step back from the day to day management of the practice and decrease clinical time. Turnover has grown as associates increase their days with more supporting clinicians. Finally gaining control of financial reporting has allowed James to be confident in the future success of the business.
